iTE F30 Self-Levelling Screed Compound

A free-flowing, self-levelling floor screed compound formulated for heavy commercial and light industrial applications, setting to a high-strength 25MPa. LEVELiTe® F30 is designed to level and smooth rough or uneven subfloors ahead of floor covering installation, and is suitable for use on cementitious screeds, power-floated concrete, hardened old adhesive residue, and soundly adhered ceramic or similar surfaces.

Note: For internal use only. Direct-to-ground subfloors should be protected from rising damp — while LEVELiTe® F30 is resistant to reasonable moisture exposure, a moisture barrier system (e.g. VAPORiTe® +PLUS) is recommended where vinyl flooring is being installed. The surface must be hard, sound, dry, and free of dust, dirt, grease, oil, and paint. Due to its flow characteristics, sealing strips should be placed at doorways or wherever the compound needs to be contained.
