Returns and Warranty Policy


1. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS


Custom furniture, bespoke finishes, cut flooring, decking, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange once production has commenced.

Variations in natural materials (including timber grain, leather markings, colour variation, knots, and texture) are inherent and not considered defects.

2. STANDARD PRODUCTS


Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return approval is at Leefsteil’s discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.



3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS


Goods must be inspected upon delivery or collection.

Any defects or damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours.

Leefsteil may repair, replace, or refund defective items at its discretion, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.



4. WARRANTIES


Product warranties are provided only where expressly stated at the point of sale.

Installation-related failures, misuse, improper maintenance, or exposure to unsuitable environments void warranties.

Flooring and decking warranties require correct installation by qualified installers.




5. REFUNDS


Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, excluding delivery or installation costs unless otherwise agreed.
